ich hatte wohl gerade noch Glück und habe nach nervigem mehrtägigem Emailverkehr dann doch noch das Produkt bekommen.
Allerdings auch nicht mehr bei Ovi sondern direkt von Sygic. (s.u.)
Ich würde die Leute da immer wieder anschreiben. Bis sie aufgeben...

Yesterday we delete all products from ovi store.
We provide free Europe region for existing customers.

Please follow next steps:
Open app manager in phone and uninstall Sygic Mobile Maps
Then connect phone to PC in mass storage mode so you’ll have internal memory connected to PC as disk.. (F:/ for example)
Locate folders: /drive, /maps, /res, and setupmobilemaps.deb on internal memory and delete them.
Now you can start from scratch.
Find setupSMM10 . zip archive and unzip it to PC.
Open unzipped folder, so you’ll see there many folders like: /drive, /maps, /res and setupmobilemaps.deb and other…
Copy them directly to internal memory so for example folder /Drive will be stored as: F:/Drive , not F:/somethinghere/Drive or anything like that.
Disconnect phone from PC
After that open file manager in mobile phone, locate internal memory and tap on setupmobilemaps.deb… installation should start afterward.
After installation you’ll be able to find mobile maps 10 icon in app folder.
